My passion for sports has led me to explore a wide range of activities. Through this journey, I discovered that regardless of the sport, maintaining physical health is paramount. This realization drew me towards yoga and Pilates, where I delved deeper into human anatomy and wellness. A serendipitous opportunity allowed me to transition into teaching, and I found profound satisfaction in addressing and solving my students' challenges. The joy I experience from aiding my students has deepened my love for this role. I am committed to sharing my expertise with those facing physical challenges, driven by the belief that prevention is better than cure. My goal is to impart this knowledge and passion to more students, fostering their growth and well-being.
