a) Yuplus Studio reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion. All Clients and their designated Family Members are subject to the Studio Rules and Regulations in force at any time.
b) All packages are personal, non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
c) Upon acceptance of a Client’s application, an account will be issued, and the Client shall be entitled to participate in classes and enjoy the privileges associated with the purchased package.
d) The Client and/or Family Member confirms that they are of legal age and have voluntarily entered into this agreement. If the Client or Family Member is not of legal age, consent from a legal guardian is required.
e) Package shareability varies by package type. Clients are responsible for reviewing the specific terms applicable to their purchased package.
a) For shareable packages, clients may share credits with one designated family member only, subject to the following conditions:
i) Single Booking: Only the package owner may make a booking for themselves.
ii) Dual Booking: When booking for two, both the package owner and the designated family member must attend together. Credits for two participants will be deducted accordingly.
Bookings for others without the presence of the package owner are strictly prohibited.
a) If a class is attended by a designated family member without the package owner present, credits for two persons will still be deducted, even if the package owner did not attend.
b) Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice, and all remaining credits will be forfeited. The Studio reserves the right to enforce this policy strictly to maintain fairness and policy integrity.
a) All packages are sold with a fixed validity period, as stated at the time of purchase.
b) Package validity begins upon attending the first class using the package.
c) If no class is attended within 30 days from the purchase date, the package will be automatically activated on Day 30, and the validity period will commence from that date.
d) Any unused sessions after the expiry date will be forfeited and are not refundable, transferable, or exchangeable.
e) Credit Carry Forward:
Clients may request to carry forward unused credits only if a new package is purchased within seven (7) days from the expiry date of the previous package.
Carry-forward approval is subject to studio discretion, and carried-forward credits will adopt the validity period of the newly purchased package.
No carry forward will be permitted if a new package is not purchased within this timeframe.
a) Extensions or adjustments may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, supported by valid official documentation (e.g. medical certificate).
b) All extension requests must be submitted within the package validity period.
c) Approval of any extension is solely at the discretion of Yuplus Studio. Requests made after expiry will not be entertained.
a) All packages purchased before 1 January 2025 must be fully used by 30 June 2025.
b) Any unused credits after this date will be forfeited, with no refunds, exchanges, or extensions granted.
a) Yuplus Studio reserves the right to terminate any package if a Client or Family Member breaches these Terms & Conditions or Studio Rules. No refunds will be provided.
b) Clients are not entitled to refunds due to changes in instructor availability.
a) Clients and Family Members confirm that they have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation in physical activities.
b) Participation in exercise involves inherent risks. Clients voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury or physical changes.
c) The Studio shall not be held liable for injuries arising from participation in classes or use of facilities.
d) Clients must not attend classes while suffering from contagious illnesses or open injuries.
e) Pregnant clients must inform the Studio in advance and obtain medical clearance. The Studio reserves the right to modify or restrict participation for safety reasons.
Yuplus Studio reserves the right to terminate any package with or without notice if a Client or Family Member:
breaches Studio rules
behaves aggressively, abusively, or disrespectfully
violates privacy in changing or shower areas
is deemed unsuitable for continued participation
All management decisions are final. All remaining credits will be forfeited.
a) Proper exercise attire must be worn at all times.
b) Grip socks are mandatory for Reformer classes. Clients without grip socks will be required to purchase a pair at the studio.
a) All classes must be booked in advance via the website and are subject to availability.
b) Private sessions must be booked at least 12 hours in advance.
c) Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in credit forfeiture.
Class Activation & Minimum Attendance
All classes are subject to a minimum of three (3) students to proceed.
• Class attendance will be reviewed and confirmed twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled class start time.
• If fewer than three (3) students are booked at the 12-hour mark, the studio reserves the right to cancel the class.
• Once a class is confirmed to proceed, additional students may still book, subject to availability and the booking system.
d) Studio-cancelled classes will result in credit refunds or full refunds for workshops.
e) Walk-in rates apply for unbooked attendance:
RM60 (mat & aerial classes)
RM120 (reformer classes)
Clients are responsible for:
safe and proper equipment use
maintaining cleanliness
their personal belongings
The Studio is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal property.
Personal recordings are allowed if non-disruptive.
Other participants must not be captured without consent.
The Studio may record content for marketing; opt-out is available upon notice.
Clients acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation and release Yuplus Studio, its employees, and affiliates from all liability, including injury, loss, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
By signing up via the website, Clients:
consent to data usage for operational and marketing purposes
agree to receive communications from Yuplus Studio
accept mandatory binding arbitration for dispute resolution
This waiver applies to all Studio activities, events, and premises.
In cases involving medical conditions:
If the condition is temporary, YU+ Studio may offer package extension or suspension, subject to valid medical documentation.
Refunds will only be considered if the client is medically certified as unfit to continue the related exercise on a long-term or permanent basis.
All refund requests must be supported by official medical documentation and are subject to administrative review and approval.
The provision of extension options does not constitute a refusal to refund, but reflects the Studio’s standard practice in managing temporary medical conditions.
