Terms & Conditions for Trial Package:

1. All purchases of Trial Packages are considered final. These packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-shareable.

2. Trial Packages can be used by new customers only. Each category can be used one time only.

3. Classes must be scheduled by making an appointment with an available teacher.

4. Classes must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of credits.

5. The schedule of classes, instructors, and locations may be subject to change without prior notice.

6. Participants must arrive on time for scheduled classes. Late arrivals may not be admitted and may result in the forfeiture of credits for that session.

7. Proper attire, including suitable exercise clothing and footwear, must be worn during classes for safety and hygiene reasons.

8. Participants are responsible for informing instructors of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to safely participate in classes.

9. The studio reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants from classes if their behavior is disruptive or poses a risk to themselves or others.

10. The studio is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.

11. Prices and package details are subject to change without prior notice.

12. Trial Packages can be used with 1 participants, but cannot be transferred, refunded, and cannot be exchanged.

13. Trial Packages are valid at both the Bukit Jalil and Cheras Traders branches.
