Terms & Conditions for Package:
1. All purchases of Starter, Essential and Performer packages are considered final. These packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. Unused Starter, Essential and Performer packages credits will be subject to a 7-day grace period, during which they may be carried forward upon purchasing a new package.
2. Starter, Essential and Performer packages grant access to all group and private classes, including mat yoga, mat Pilates, aerial yoga, aerial hoop, and reformer Pilates.
3. Credits in the Starter, Essential and Performer packages are shareable with one companion, who may attend classes alongside the package owner. In the event of a booking for two individuals, credits of two individuals will be deducted from the package balance. The presence of the package owner is required for bookings involving two persons.
4. Classes must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of credits.
5. The schedule of classes, instructors, and locations may be subject to change without prior notice.
6. Participants must arrive on time for scheduled classes. Late arrivals may not be admitted and may result in the forfeiture of credits for that session.
7. Proper attire, including suitable exercise clothing and footwear, must be worn during classes for safety and hygiene reasons.
8. Participants are responsible for informing instructors of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to safely participate in classes.
9. The studio reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants from classes if their behavior is disruptive or poses a risk to themselves or others.
10. The studio is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.
11. Prices and package details are subject to change without prior notice.
12. All tiered packages are valid at both the Bukit Jalil and Cheras Traders branches.
