Terms & Conditions

1. Package Policy

All purchases of the Starter Plus Package are final.
This package is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

Unused credits are subject to a 7-day grace period, during which they may be carried forward upon the purchase of a new package.

Carried-forward credits are strictly for class usage only and will not be eligible for refund under any circumstances. In the event of any future refund request, carried-forward credits will be treated as fully utilized.

2. Class Access

This package is valid for all group classes only and is not applicable for private sessions.

3. Sharing Policy

Credits are shareable with one companion per session, and the package owner must be present.

The companion may be different individuals for each visit.

Each additional participant will result in additional credit deduction accordingly.
The studio reserves the right to deduct extra credits or take action if misuse of account sharing is detected.

4.4. Booking, Cancellation & Attendance Policy

All classes must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class in order for the credit to be returned to the account.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will result in the forfeiture of the credit, and the session will be considered as utilized.

Exceptions may be considered only if valid supporting documentation is provided (e.g. medical certificate or unforeseen emergency proof), subject to the studio’s discretion.

Participants must arrive on time. Late arrivals may be denied entry, and credits may still be deducted.

5. Schedule & Changes

Class schedules, instructors, and locations are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Health & Safety

Participants are responsible for informing instructors of any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions.

Proper attire must be worn at all times.

The studio reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants if necessary.

7. Medical Extension Policy

In cases of temporary medical conditions or injuries, an extension may be considered upon submission of valid medical documentation (e.g. doctor’s letter or MC).

Extensions are granted at the sole discretion of the studio and are intended for short-term recovery periods only.

8. Refund Policy

Refund requests will only be considered under serious medical conditions or long-term inability to continue, supported by official medical documentation.

If approved:

• Only unused credits from the current active package will be considered.

• Carried-forward credits will not be refundable and will be treated as utilized.

• The studio reserves the right to apply a reasonable administrative or processing fee.

9. Liability

The studio is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.

10. General Policy

Prices, packages, and policies are subject to change without prior notice.

The studio reserves the right to interpret and enforce all terms and conditions.
